The primary ministry of Holiness Tabernacle Outreach include:

​

• Providing hope, encouragement, and outreach services to families and those who have experienced substance abuse or are still addicted to some type of substance abuse now.

• To empower families through ministry and effective community programming, such as tutoring and weekend activities for urban youth.

• Serving as a conduit to provide necessary resources to disadvantaged youth as a result of substance abuse in the home.
